IMPORTANT

Step 1: Check your emails to activate your App account! (Check all folders, spam or junk if this email is not in your inbox)
Step 2: Once you have your login credentials (check email) you can download The Dream Body Coach app directly from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 3: Review your program overview and get started with the instructions below.
Step 4: Book your Onboarding Call once you have completed all your set up tasks.
Dream Body 4 Life Program Overview
PHASE 1
Week 1-4: Find Your Sweet Spot and Train Like a Fitness Model
During these first four weeks you will form a new relationship with food, understanding what it really takes to achieve fat loss through energy balance. This knowledge will give you peace of mind that all food counts as energy towards daily requirements, therefore removing the concept of GOOD food or BAD food. The goal is to find your Sweet Spot energy requirement to start losing fat, learn about energy balance, change the way you look at food forever, and get super fit and conditioned with the intense daily workouts.
NB: Week 1 of these 4 weeks is designed to gather data and establish your starting point so we can work towards finding your sweet spot. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR NUTRITION FOR THIS WEEK.
You will also learn how to Train Like a Fitness Model, following all my tutorials and lessons on my Body Specific Targeted Resistance Training system.
PHASE 2
Week 5-16 Look Good Naked
This phase is all about fat loss. The focus becomes all about exercising correctly to keep your metabolic rate as high as possible while you use all the learning from the previous phase - Find Your Sweet Spot - to stay in your Sweet Spot and lose fat. The goal is always to lose in a sustainable way. No rushed or crash approach. The Sweet Spot guidelines must be achieved.
PHASE 3
Week 17-28 Strong and Confident
This phase will re-build your metabolic rate and increase your food intake to a level that is comfortable without gaining any fat. Without this meticulous process, there is a risk of gaining all the fat back from the previous 12 weeks. This is ESSENTIAL and will ensure that the results achieved are 4 Life.
NB: All phases have specific workouts for the development of your fitness and shaping of your body to look like a Fitness Model!
ONCE INSIDE THE DREAM BODY COACH APP
Please go into the program called 'DB4L - FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT'.
All your setup and pre-start tasks happen inside Week 1, Day 1 of the program 'DB4L - FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT'.
(Complete all tasks numbered 1-8, and listen to the Welcome video)
I suggest spending the weekend completing the tasks in Day 1 and finishing Day 1 with your first workout on your OFFICIAL starting day.
Please ensure that you:
- Watch all the videos (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
- Fill in your PARQ
- Download your own 'RESULTS TRACKER' spreadsheet.
- Get your tracking tools in place - (Easy Diet Diary/MyFitnessPal are my recommendations along with a digital food weighing scale that measures in grams)
- Take your measurements
- Take your photographs
- Fill in the accountability form before you start! (you will upload your photos and measurements here for the first time)
Again, only once you complete all these, then start your program by completing your first workout in Day 1 inside 'DB4L - FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT'!
Once you have completed ALL day 1 tasks inside 'DB4L - FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT', Then start with your Train Like a Fitness Model Program.
NB: Move through each program 1 day at a time.
